Women in Science

Ruth Novak is a pioneer for women in the aerospace industry, eventually becoming vice-president and general manager of Hercules Aerospace. Since her retirement she has served on numerous boards and was one of the founders of the Utah Math-Science Network and Achievement Rewards for College Scientists (ARCS), which strives to inspire teenage girls to pursue math and science fields.
