Mikki O’Connor

Women in Education

Mikki O’Connor currently serves as the assistant dean of the Woodbury School of Business at Utah Valley University. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in management and is passionate about education. She feels that “education is the cornerstone.” The difficulties she had in her young adult life have made her passionate about mentoring other young women and empowering them to have the confidence and resources needed to succeed in their education and career choices.
